S6 email not syncing

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi, I didn't realise for several days but 2 or so weeks ago my emails stopped coming through unless I go into my email and refresh. I've Googled this and lots of people say to go settings and accounts then under more it should say turn master sync on but it isn't an option for me, it just says sync now. Any ideas? Thank you.

If you can't get the default email app to work there is a dedicated Hotmail email app on Play store you can try.

If a gmail or other email account you need to go into Settings >Accounts and open the account from there. You will see sync options. You want "Push" set if it's an option

Thanks all. I can't seem to sort it so I've downloaded the app which I didn't realise existed!
