It is posible to check some where is my number transfering to O2. Or i just neet wait 2 days?

It normally takes 2 working days from when you start.
The old sim will stop working, then you will just need to keep turning the new one off and on and it will start.

According to the info in O2's link it states...
"Forms sent by 5:30pm will be completed the next working day. Forms sent after 5:30pm will be completed within two working days"
.
