Just called customer services, seems they're out of stock and I've got to wait for the next batch of deliveries. Not happy at all as I pre-ordered with the promise it would be delivered on release day Smiley Mad

What's worse is they could'nt even give me a date when the next batch is due in and given Samsung has announced global shortages it could be a while! Really let down given the website promised day 1 release delivery, not "Indefinately out of stock please wait"

Pre-ordered mine on 16th April, 3 days before O2 announced on the website that all stock had now been sold for pre-order.  The lady I spoke to assured me at the time that there would be sufficient stock so that I would definitely get my order on launch day tomorrow 26th.

My order progress hasn't budged so I rang customer services and was just told they were out of stock.

WHAT.  Do not LIE to your customers ffs.  I specifically asked if they had sold all of their initial allocation of stock at the time I pre-ordered and was assured categorically that I would definitely get one.

Very poor business practice used there just to drum up additional pre-orders.

Same! Total misrepresentation. I'm tempted to march to a O2 store tomorrow and see if I can sort a local pickup. If not looks like I'm leaving O2 after 4 years 😕
