i'm off abroad for a few days and don't want to come back to a big bill

 

so what setting do i need to change?

 

got a HTC One S

Make sure cell data is turned off and just use wifi for internet access. You need roaming on if you want to use calls and texts....

i remember when i was with virgin i had to phone them up to switch it on
