Retrieve MMS messages Samsung galaxy

Hi,

does anyone know if I can somehow retrieve a MMS that I have been sent, I never received the message originally as my settings were not configured correctly, now the message simply shows as downloading but never appears.

when I click on message details it shows the senders details and an expiry date.

(not in a position to ask for the message to be re-sent)

Try rebooting the phone and trying again. I assume you now have the correct settings and can receive MMS OK from other sources?

Received settings today from O2, was advised to Akers battery out and put it back but the message still shows as own loading in my inbox 😞

Can you send an MMS to yourself to check it's working OK ?
