Recent charges

I am on contract and i get something ariund £30-£35 a month, I get unlimited calls, texts and about 4GB-5GB of 4G data, but when I checked my recent charges it says £47.46, why is this?

It sounds as though the charges will be for sending MMS or possibly calling numbers not covered by your allowance such as 0800, 0870 or 0845 numbers.

There should be a full breakdown in My O2 as to whether the charges are for calls or messages.

Have you been sending picture messages, perhaps using the colourful emoticons on the keyboard? If so these are not part of your text allowance.

Click on view my bill and it will tell you. There is also a recent charges section.

Hi

If you cannot see anything that stands out after having a look at your bill or seems wrong then ring Cs on 202.

They will clarify officially what the other amount is and if it's wrong in most cases look at quashing it.
