Hi everyone, while trying to update some of my apps on my galaxy ace a message pops up saying that the internal memory is full, i clicked it and deleted some of my unused apps and now only have one or two left on the phone and the message still appears when i try to update, how do i fix it? thanks, happy new year!

i tried doing it, no android thing appears? a black screen with the samsung logo and at the top right corner it just said ram in a small box, so i just took the battery out and then put the phone back on and then i was able to update the apps

try and down load an app that kills any program's running in back ground you will be surprised how muchs running in the back ground that the eye can't see if that fails system reset Kim afraide maybe a fault with the apps ur trying to update

Its a common problem on the ace as the system/data partition is only 150mb. It has nothing to do with the amount of apps on the phone directly as they are stored in a partition that has 4gb available to it. It's the cached data that get stored in the small partition that fills up too quickly, hence clearing the cache (or RAM) fixes the issue. The phone will not fail... unfortunately it's just an annoying "feature", but the advice to backup is still good as you never know when something will go wrong
