I bought Samsung galaxy s23 with Samsung galaxy Buds Pro2 for £1 on 6/09/23 and still haven't received discount code for it (nearly 60 days after purchasing)

Perfect. Ping them again if you hear nothing back after an hour, and repeat - the Social Media team is busy, and sometimes the queue means your request disappears, out of sight, out of mind. Good luck!

I had to contact O2 team using Instagram again on 3rd January asking about my case. I received message back with my unique discount code for £1 Samsung Galaxy Buds2Pro and how to make an order straight away.

After 3 months my problem was resolved.
