Problem connecting using 3G

Anonymous
Not applicable
When I try to connect to the net using 3G on my Samsung Note 10.1 I get a message from o2 saying I need to buy data. When I check my o2 account it says I have 1024 Mb of data. What's the problem?

Sorry only O2 can answer that, maybe the systems are slow catching up with your credit?

1024Mb is 1Gb of data, which suggests that is your monthly allowance, not what you have used.

In reply to Perksie.

I think I was already aware of that.

The question is -why are o2 asking me to buy data before I can use the internet when my account shows that I have 1GB available [which I just bought yesterday!]
