Hi all,

I like to enter radio competitions by text, however, recently, the messages are not going through. They come back with an exclamation mark saying error. I have looked in my settings and my permissioms do allow for premium sms to be sent. Can someone hell please?

Do you have a spend cap applied? This would stop premium messages being sent.

Guide: Spend caps on O2 

You would need to call O2 to get it removed Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
