Recently sent my phone to repair, about two days later i recieved a text saying they were waiting for parts if they dont arrive in five days a new phone would be sent, its been six days and ive heard nothing from then, used the track repair option on the o2 website, and its saying repair not found ( entered details correct and tried atleast 4 times) does this mean its fixed? should i of heard something by now? any ideas? will be going to my local shop A.S.A.P but i thought id post on here for any advice, thanks
