Hi hope someone can help

My daughter has a xperia MT15i, and she has a voice mail icon showing all the time, when you dial the voice mail it says your being diverted to the O2 pay & go top up line .I listen to the voicemail with all the options but there is no option to delete the message only to top up the phone.

If there is other voicemail messages on the phone I can't retreive them because i cant get rid of this.

Is there something I'm doing wrongplease help its driving me nuts

You need credit on the phone to listen to VM.
Top up first then you can play the messages.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Yes for PAYG as it does not come out of your allowances.

£0.15p per call.

It only does for most pay monthly contracts / tariffs.

Sadly it is one of the downsides of pay and gogogo. You would need to top up extra for voicemail as advised above.

I would normally turn off voicemail, if the call is important enough they will call back. However it is a problem when using TuGo. I hope they sort this out on the next update before it is available for P&G.

Yes, or call from another phone once you have set up a PIN from your daughters phone.

Default PIN is 8705 but you need to change it first on your daughters phone then you can call it from a landline and press * to interupt the  VM welcome message, key in the new PIN and play the messages.
