I have forgotten my password and my finger wont unlock my phone what can I do

If you enter a wrong password enough times, your phone should ask you to reset a new one.

Hopefully you can do that and move on....

You'll need to know the Google account username and password on the phone too so make sure it's your phone you are trying to get into.
