I managed to speak to an adviser they told me theres nothing they can do as the device is out of stock, I see that if you go to purchase the device It states that delivery will take between 2-3 days hopefully this means that more stock is expected shortly, I imagine there has been supply chain issues due to the current pandemic , fingers crossed I hear something in the next few days
