Old sim hasn't deactivated after sim swap

Hi, I upgraded my phone recently and did the sim swap yesterday. My new sim works fine, but so does my old sim. It hasn't deactivated. I tried turning the phone off and on, and taking the sim out. How do I get it deactivated?

How long ago did you do it because it can take up to 24 hours before it's fully completed

If the sim swap had been successful, your old number would have been transferred to the new sim. You should not have two different numbers. As said by the others, please call Customer Service in the morning.
