On my phone it shows £0 bill for usual date of 25 of month ... BUT ... What never ever £ Zero
Known as O2 is for voraciously / avariciously treatment of its loyal customers ..... = ..... don't want to run foul of their practises .......

Has your bill been paid recently?
If so that's why your bill is showing £0 as you owe nothing till next bill?

The odd Reward credit can leave it in that state come payment time also, assuming you're not PAYG, @RunrigForever

Check the bills section of your MyO2 app.
It will show you any payments made against this months bill.
You can also call payment management or ask in store to check for you.

I received a reward & am on Contract.
No payments against this bill.
My O2 shows £50+ due out by usual dd on 25th of the month.

I shall leave things as they are ... Not ... going to bother my head anymore about £Zero message from O2.
