You need to put your new sim in your phone from another network and your phone should then prompt you for the unlock code. wink

Edited to add. This is for Android phones only wink

What phone?

ps advice from Cleoriff is correct for android phones but some others require a different approach.

Any other major network sim card will do (EE, Orange, T Mobile, Vodafone or Three).
Any of them will post free PAYG sim cards off their website out to you.
