O2 pay monthly friends and family 30% discount

Hi I am with O2 nearly 4 years I am getting 30% friends and family discount on my monthly phone tariff, I am due for upgrades soon but now O2 has got phone plan price + airplane price=monthly cost and now o2 said to me you will get 30% on airtime plan not on whole monthly bill off 30%, This not fair

SIMO is sim only, ie Simplicity tariffs (no phone included)

If it is F&F (and not Open Code) you will get 50% of the airtime portion (£23) but it is before VAT (£23 - 20% - 50% + 20%) so something like £12 for the airtime portion (roughly).

It's just a different kind of discount scheme.

Available to NHS workers, students and some other companies that are considered "partners" by O2.
