O2 pay monthly friends and family 30% discount

Hi I am with O2 nearly 4 years I am getting 30% friends and family discount on my monthly phone tariff, I am due for upgrades soon but now O2 has got phone plan price + airplane price=monthly cost and now o2 said to me you will get 30% on airtime plan not on whole monthly bill off 30%, This not fair

Hmm ok well that's not what the page Adam has says and that's what I was going by so if it's wrong then How was I to know but this came up before and I'm sure it was decided it wasn't on sim only @Toby can you clarify please bearing in mind the link

M15 so this time I get 50% off as friends and family from airtime and this information is genuine mate? What shall I do shall I ring costumers service and ask them for sure some time O2 people don't know either

I apologise if I gave you the wrong info but as you can see from the link it clearly states it doesn't apply to sim only I guess they have changed all this

@Anonymous I have shown you in my screen shots above that on one of my SIMO tariffs I get 30% discount and on my refresh tariff a 50% airtime discount.

There is a possibility that the rules have been changed since I took mine but the last one was only taken around December last year.

M15, my upgrade is due u at the moment I sm getting 30% F&F I hope I get on my S5 , its on £43 monthly tariff , phone plan £20+airtime £23, So should I get discount 50% on airtime ? Whats simo tariif? And airtim tariff means and refresh means thank

@MI5 could the 2 schemes be different one for o2 employees to give f&f (your latest link) and one for the open scheme (partner companies (o2 coperate customers)) f&f

The OP was asking about F&F.
T&C's for both schemes are different, yes.....
