I'm on my 4th O2 phone now, happy with most things, but the MMS has never ever worked as advertised. It never sends, it never receives, nothing. The download stops if anyone breathes near the phone, or it changes orientation, or the screenlock comes on, anything.
I've sent off the codes and accepted the settings countless times, I can only think there is something wrong with my account, but O2 suggest this is not the case either.
Any help would be appreciated
Samsung S4 Mini at present.

Ask them to re provision your account for mms via a phone call to customer service.
I assume your connected to o2's internet ok.
Apn settings are here http://www.geeksquad.co.uk/articles/o2-apn-settings to manually check your settings.

This means removing the option for 24 hours and then reapplying it.
There are, however, better and cheaper options these days for MMS, ie email, BBM, whatsapp, facebook etc....
