Note 2 - Sim Unlock does not work - possibly too many failed attempts?

Hey. I have a 02 Samsung Galaxy Note 2. I wanted to unlock it so put in 3 sim. Prompts to enter unlock code. I tried 1234, 123456, etc but didn't work. Then I realised I had to request code from 02. I got this now but it still does not unlock - network not registered. I think I possibly entered too many wrong codes and locked it?

Any suggestions? I speak to o2 gurus about this but they don't seem to understand and just send same code I already have... which doesn't work!!!

When you put in the 3 network sim, is it still asking for the unlock code? That's when you need to insert it. You could try a factory reset and then try the code again if the problem persists.
