Not seeing emojis correctly

Hi everyone hope you can help whenever anyone sends me emojis to my phone they only come up as question marks or square boxes have I got something set up wrong I'm using an s5 on lollipop any help will be greatly appreciated.

Jonsie has two signatures Rosa. One for here ...seen via laptop and all professional........one completely different when on mobile...talking about various bars in Thailand and quantifiable amounts of whisky
