Not seeing emojis correctly

Hi everyone hope you can help whenever anyone sends me emojis to my phone they only come up as question marks or square boxes have I got something set up wrong I'm using an s5 on lollipop any help will be greatly appreciated.

When I read replies via MY phone many people have a completely different signature to what they set up on the laptop

Right let me explain..... I posted the picture of what I see when I am on my laptop.

Had I been viewing your post on my mobile I would see the Roaming via bars in Thailand. Now do you understand?

that's why I was getting confused! I also see what @Cleoriff sees now, but it should show the signature with the Bars in Thailand, shouldn't it?

As I understand it (and I will no doubt be corrected if wrong) ..You can have one signature for the forum which you design whilst on the forum via laptop.....

You can have a second (different) signature if you design it when on your mobile.

I know 2 people who have completely different signatures. Jonsie is one and Viridis is the other...

What I see.... is dependant on whether I access the forum via my laptop...or via my mobile...
