I have a samsung galaxy note, today it suddenly lost signal and when I try to make a call I get "Not registered on network" I went to the 02 shop where they gave me a new SIM card but I am still having the same problem, every now and then when I restart my phone I get signal and I think its fixed but then next time I pull it out my pocket its gone 😕 does anybody have a solution or suggestions for this??

this didn't help my problem and i have lost all my settings 😕

Settings are easy to get back, however this proves a phone fault so I wouldn't worry about your lost settings. Get the phone in for repair.......

Do you mean it goes into safe mode without you doing anything or when it boots up it boots into safe mode?

I think a hard reset would be my next step too. Back up if you can first or at least copy any photos, videos to your PC or SD card.
