I have just got a new Samsung Galaxy SIII mini. I have completed the "swapmysim" proceedure and installed the new sim. I cannot get the phone to register on the nework. The instructions on the phone and on the literature with differ as to the correct orientation of the sim. I have tried both without success. Can anyone help?

The SIM swap isn't instant, it can take up to 24 hours (usually quicker though). Follow the orientation on the phone for the SIM, it should only go in one way....
