No Service

Can anybody help??!!  At dinner time tonight my phone decided that I had no service, I cannot call out, text or anything. I'm not sure if I might have pressed something by accident but I've had a look and can't find anything out of place and I've tried restarting etc.  It's a HTC One X and I've never had any real problems with my network coverage before.

TIA

Michelle

Next step would be to call O2 and get your account checked by CS.
After that it could either be a sim fail or phone fail....
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Check your service status first http://status.o2.co.uk/
Also try removing and replacing your SIM card.

Didn't think of taking the sim card out, but, it didn't work, thanks anyway.  It appears that all's well in my area too

If all looks ok then you can ring o2 customer services to have your account checked.

202 contract.
4445 Payg.

They are closed right now.

You could ask live chat to look at it for you but is stick with customer services tomorrow.

Aah, nothing's working, I'll have a mooch down to carphone warehouse tomorrow and see if they can do anything, even if it's ringing O2 for me.  Thanks everyone slight_smile

Let us know if this helps. It doesn't coincide with you updating your phone to 4.2.2 does it? And at the risk of asking a stupid question, you haven't put the phone in flight mode by accident?
