I cannot get rid of the red blob indicating I have an answer phone message. Whenever I dial up answer phone there are no new messages and no saved messages. Thishas been ongoing since phone was new.Franx
I returned a phone to O2 but never got confirmation that they received it. Very quick to take the mobey from you but very slow to piy it back. It wd be nice to get an email or text to say they received the returned phone.
