I've had this phone since October 2019 and over the last month it is more frequently telling me that there is "no SIM card inserted". It will do whilst i'm in the middle of texting, calling, on social media and even when it is locked just sitting on a table. I can't go into the o2 shop because of the lockdown and I can't find a number to call for help. Can anyone help with this please?
I've also tried turning it off and on again which doesn't help much.

It sounds as if you need a new sim. Or you could take the sim out, clean it, reinsert and reboot the phone.

I have a Samsung a20e
I haven't tried it in another phone but I did try taking the SIM out and cleaning it to see if that helped but it's carried on.
I'll check out the guide now, thanks
