So i've had some trouble with accessing my network this past couple days as I know I am late on a payment. Now it seems that I cant even receive texts or phone calls and that my 'MyO2' account no longer exists? I can not log into it as it wants to text a code to verify my identity but as previously mentioned I can not receive texts. Has O2 deleted my sim card? How do I find out what is going on?????????????

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am
