My O2 app - not asking me to send up Finger print

Anonymous
Not applicable
I've recently upgraded from the Nexus 6P to the OnePlus 3. When I am using the my o2 app I am not getting any prompts to set up a fingerprint and there is no setting for fingerprint id in the app like there was on my 6p. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing has changed.

Does anyone have any idea as to how to set up a fingerprint unlocking on the app?

Thanks in advance.

This from the original o2 announcement:

What devices will fingerprint login work for?
At present the fingerprint login feature supports iPhone 5s and above, and Samsung Galaxy S6 and above. The app should support other Android devices with the 'Marshmallow' update and fingerprint scanning such as the Nexus 5X or 6P - If you have a device not listed, please do give it a try and send us any feedback you may have.

Fingerprint requires a compatible handset so maybe op3 isn't supported?

According to this on the Oneplus 3 announcement there is a fingerprint sensor so it may not be supported yet as still a relatively new phone
