Moto G 4g text character count

Morning guys,

Does anyone know if the Moto G 4g has a text character count function?? 

I've had a look but can't seem to find it!

Funnily enough that  ^^^^^^^^ was on everyone of my 5 previous Motorola phones

It's just not there though...? Lol it's been on every one of my other Motorola phones too... It's not in tugo either!

@jonsie hmmm maybe, on there it says it only kicks in when under 10 characters.... I'll test it now

I now know it only shows when there's 10 characters or less to go!
