Mobile internet wont turn on

Hi, my internet data wont turn on. Have clicked it on, but still nothing. Have rebooted the phone (xperia j) and still nothing. Having to use wifi and its a pain

Have you tried texting ACTIVE to 2020 and saving the settings.

As suggested above I'd recommend texting 'active' to 2020.

As it says in the text you may have to reboot your phone after saving the settings.
