Hi,
I can't sign in to the Youtube or Google plus apps on mobile data, despite having a full signal and other apps work fine.
But it says I have no internet connection? Youtube videos do load when i'm not signed in though.
Everything works fine on wifi and i've tried everything imaginable. From changing passwords, uninstalling and redownloading the apps, redownloading the apn network information, checking the sim card, checking theres no blocks on or limitation within the mobile data settings.
I can't even get on to the google settings with mobile data to check anything, as it says I'm currently offline, when I'm not.
Anyone else having these problems? They started about a week ago.
The phone is an Xperia M2 which I got with O2 about 2 years ago, never had this problem before.

Thanks everyone for replying.
My Youtube seems to have sorted itself out now, perhaps mobile data couldn't communicate with Google somehow.
Cheers anyway!

Have you recently changed tariff?
Check which data bolt on you have in My O2
Text ACTIVE to 2020,save the settings then reboot the phone to try again
Try a simple cleaning sim and reboot.
