My name Bernie  

I got a email from my care 02 saying i owe them  money

who are they not heard of them before  is it a scam

can any one explain  please

Don't click on any links. Call 202 to clarify but you can check in My O2 to see if your account is in arrears. There has been a few of these scams recently.

There still is and is used for texts and emails when bills are over due prior to cut off.
