Why do I keep being directed to a o2 website to view picture messages sent to my phone rather than just viewing on device?

Send ACTIVE TO 2020.

Save the settings and re boot your phone.

Ensure your mobile data is turned on to send and recieve mms.

You may also need to phone o2 and ask them to provision your account if the above does not work.

Take into account mms sending is not within your monthly tariff allowances and cost 35p for contract customers {due to rise to 40p}and 25p for payg customers to send.

other options such as e mail, whatsapp,viber,bbm can be cheaper to use but some require the other person to have the same software installed on their device to connect.

or their is an o2 bolt on for MMS at £11.99, this is of course if you wish to send MMS yourself.

{Messaging 400 (£11.99 per month)}
