Hello,

Just moved to O2 from another provider, porting my old number. The SIM did not immediately work on the phone.

I received an unlatch code, but this code did not work and after a few attempts got locked out.

My phone is now locked to o2 according to what I can find out by searching  on the Internet. I have found out that i need an MCK code. This is also the message on the phone.

Can anyone help?

Good morning @Breanna.

My wife's phone has come up with "network locked sim card inserted".

We are currently in netherlands for work and purchased a refurbished phone to replace broken one.

Are you able to advise?

@Dan_85

@Breannais no longer available. I'll tag our manager @Dave-O2 so he can get the MCK code you need.

Best of luck and welcome to the forum 😉

Are you saying the code is required for a phone bought in the Netherlands?

If that's the case then O2 may not be able to help as codes are often network specific and your replacement will be from one of the Dutch networks

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
