Lost Phone

Anonymous
Not applicable

I lost my phone on Saturday 26th in a club in Shoreditch. I have tried to ring on my work break but hold took too long.  I have insurance and would like to block my phone and claim a new phone on my insurance.

Thank you,

Laura Maxwell

Hi Laura
Unfortunately, this is not a direct line into CS.
You have to call CS and report it - Lines are open 24 hours a day for loss reports 0344 8090202
You may also want to remove your personal details (numbers etc) from the thread as this is a public forum.

I've notified the mods to remove personal information. You need to get the phone blocked directly by O2, they won't see your post here.

http://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-and-devices/lost-or-stolen-device#qs

Also fill in the form or use webchat to get the phone blocked as soon as possible.
