Lollipop update for note 3

It seems that the more we pay on our contracts with O2, the less information we get. I want to know today please where the lollipop update is, and when it will roll out for us or I will go to someone who has it, it is an update that is available to everyone, not just Vodafone and Orange, everyone.So get your acts together and get the job done o2, and reply today with the proper information and links to download!!

Maybe Rich could send out some pre-paid envelopes so we can send our Note 3's to him?  I understand that Jonsie's would be first class recorded, whilst the rest of us get the standard service, but still..

I used to have a good contact in Sanyo's warranty department.  He told he that they have had stuff sent back in all sorts of packaging.  The worst was a cornflakes box .

Mind you, I had a friend mail me a large external modem, complete with power supply about 20 years ago, in a large jiffy bag.  Arrived all torn and ripped, but it was all still in there.

On the other hand, I am still waiting for delivery of a multimedia dock for my note 3, that I ordered in May of last year.  Royal mail promised to phone me back.  I'm going to wait until a whole year has passed then remind them about it .

Wouldn't be as bad if other mail hadn't gone missing at the same time

@Chris_K any sign of Android Lollipop for the Note 3 yet please? I have what was an o2 branded device that was unlocked then flashed with sim free firmware.
