 My 2 month old LG K4 (2017 version), battery is not charging, instead battery icon displays "incorrect battery, please insert correct battery" ?????

@Tottenham1According to the LG forum this is quite a common issue

You might want to try turning the phone off,  removing the battery, cleaning and reinserting. Power on and see if that helps at all.

Also check your charger is working correctly.
