Hi,
Anyone experienced problems with LG G4, where the phone won't start up, or gets to the LG Life is good screen and turns off? Tried to do a hard reset but, when I go to the option to erase all data, I press yes and the phone just freezes.
Its still in warranty, purchased on 7/6/2015, but any ideas welcome.

That makes it even stranger @MI5, is there a setting on the phone that allows it to be used with other service providers and I just have to enable that option, or get a new configuration from O2?
Even if I get an unlocking code from anywhere other than O2, I will still have to go to the service provider lock screen option, but won't be able to enter a code as its say "Your phone is not personalized" with only "Dismiss" as an option.
So i'm a bit confused as to where i acutally go from here?

You are putting another network sim in the phone before trying the unlocking code?

Locked to LG sounds weird though, hoping there is some truth to it to end this saga!
