Solved: Jelly Bean stopped 0871 Numbers

Hi all I am asking if anyone else has had problems since installing the Jelly Bean OS for the Samsung Galaxy 2 ?

First off I cannot ring the premium lines as I did on Icecream Sandwich and also Google Music keeps popping into my active applications, when I have not even used it.

If anyone can help in any way I would be most grateful.
