Why i cant connect wifi extra i did all sentting are correct but when i trying to connect its asking identify and password

Not all hotspots support this yet but you should be able to connect to a normal O2 hotspot.

It's in it's infancy as yet but I've not been able to check it out personally. From what I understand though, it shouldn't be a problem to connect. ...Obviously it is!

  2. Add O2 Wifi to your list of networks. To do this, look at your Wi-Fi settings. You should see a list of available Wi-Fi networks. Click on O2 Wifi.
  3. Open up an internet browser (like Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome or Safari).
  4. When you see the O2 Wifi page, follow the instructions until you get to the Welcome page. (You’ll need to have your mobile on you.)
