I can't recieve any txts calls or mms incoming to my phone?

I was ill and didnt realise my bank had stopped my dds for my o2 accounts
On arch 21st letters were sent out to me which i recieved today march 24th saying they had stopped me making or taking any calls and txts
I was in hospital so didnt realise the phone wasnt working as mobiles didnt work on the ward
Any way i paid my bills in full yesturday and my calls txts mms all sprung into life
BUT
Ppl txting me ringing me or sending mms im not recieving anything my end
Ive switched tu go on for calls & txts but its not going to work outside if my data cant recieve the calls txts mms ect
Ive tried switching my phone off and back on & got one of my grown children to txt me 😨 nothing came through 😢
So how do i get incoming switched back on?

It has in the past with problems on my phones like crashes and freezing
Even on help pages for problems it says to try a soft reset 1st b4 doing other stuff like formatting the phone
Ive emptied all the cashe manually in phone & sd card
Ive even tried booting the phone up without the sd card inserted
Ive never ever known a network not to like another network b4
O2 says its the phone doing it and gave me a list of stuff to try
If its not working by tomorrow ill be onto o2 again because my daughter is on orange and she has sent me txts & thought i was ignoring her for some reason
And my other daughter is on tpo which runs on EEs back bone and nothing came through
My youngest daughter is expecting and her boyfriend is on EE and he txt me & thought i was ignoring him
Its so annoying

Yeah still nothing comes through
I even tried deleting the app and re-installing it

I was thinking this sounds like a TuGo problem @MI5. I think the OP is using it on several different devices. Does the OP need to get CS to reset their TuGo account?

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Tried that i signed out on phone and tablet and even tried removing the apps alltogether then deleted cashe and rebooted phone
Nothings working 😯
