Even after O2 customer service told to me to input **61*901*11*30# to increase ring time to 30 seconds before voicemail kicks in, and press call on my Samsung Galaxy S7, it did not work. A message states " connection problem or invalid MMI code". Please help. Thanks Keith

Did anyone get to the bottom of this?
I had the same problem when I was with EE, they couldn't increase the ring time to anything more than 20 seconds either.
I think I might have found a way around it though, I'm currently on a Samsung S9+ if anyone is interested.
The way I found to have Wifi and 4G calling AND have 30 seconds of ring time was as follows...
Log in to my O2 and disable wifi and 4g calling.
Reboot your phone, check that the wifi calling icon is missing and if you place a test call it drops from 4G to 3G/2G.
Once you're sure that Wifi/4G calling has been removed do the following...
Open your dialler and key ##002# SEND to cancel all current diverts.
Check the diverts for each one have been cancelled by dialling *#67# SEND, *#61# SEND and *#62# SEND. On each reply it should say there's no diverts active.
Dial the following...
**61*plus 44, seven eight zero two zero nine one nine zero one*11*30# SEND
Dial *#61# and it should come up with a reply similar to the picture attached.
Activate the rest of the diverts such as busy and unreachable by dialling...
*67*+447802091901# SEND
*62*+447802091901# SEND
You can then check each one to make sure it's active by *#62# and *#67#
Log back in to my o2 and reactivate Wifi and 4G calling.
Reboot your phone, ensure the Wifi and 4G calling icons are back if applicable, do a test call by checking if your phone falls back to 3G/2G, if not then you're ready to go. You can check again by dialling *#61# SEND to ensure that the 30 seconds is still showing.
Hope this helps, I know it's a long winded way around it, but it's definitely working for me now and has been for a few days.
Charlie.

Thanks for the detailled instructions - excellent!
Tried these steps on my S9 but could not set a delay beyond 15 seconds despite trying 20, 25 and 30! Not sure where to go from here...

You can enable WiFi calling again after setting the ring time.

This has NEVER been fixed by O2.
On all iPhones, using the settings on the website/app (at: My O2 > Barring and call diverts) doesn't work, nor does using the *61 code method, regardless of whether you turn OFF "Wi-Fi Calling" in the Phone app on the iPhone (turning that setting back on again after a couple of hours when the setting shows on the website as done).
I have a disabled family member who cannot get to the phone in time in order to answer it, as their phone rings for just 15-secs before going to Voicemail (they need Voicemail on, so cannot simply disable that), and they cannot get the phone out their pocket/bag in time. This is often very bad, as the caller is an organisation with no caller display/unknown caller for them to be called back on; meaning my family member has to wait for a callback often days later or never!
Repeated complaints to O2 about not being able to fix the Rings To Divert To Voicemail go forever unresolved as they never fix it. This is clear evidence O2 simply doesn't care about disabled people AT ALL!
Truly appalling.

Easiest answer would be to move them off O2
Alternatively activate missed call alerts and then if they can't get to the phone they can ring back

They can't "ring back" as explained above... the calls are often Unknown Caller ones from one of any number of organisations/people that use them, so there is no number to just call them back on.
Hence why increasing the ring time should actually work for disabled and abled O2 users alike.
@Dave-O2 - Perhaps you could enlighten us all here?

@phonek Mine is set to 30 seconds.
It was achieved by disconnecting WiFi and setting my phone to 2G/3G only.
The same can be done by swapping the SIM into an old Dumb Phone and entering the MMI code before swapping the SIM back

@Enlli "It was achieved by disconnecting WiFi and setting my phone to 2G/3G only."
Like most people these days we're eSIM users... So how do you do the latter 3G-only thing on iPhone these days?
AFAICT, there's no such setting for this.
