How to get the number of a voicemail

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

I've started to get voidemails without missing a call. While I know there are ways to do this deliberately, the actual messages that are left sound like the sender is calling in error - pocket dialing, perhaps..?

Since there is no associated missed call, there isn't an associated incomming number in the call log. While I could just return the call, I don't want to incase this is indeed a scam of some sort & the return number is a high charge number of some kind.

I've tried to press '8' in the voicemail menu, but that tells me when the message arrived, not the number the message came from.

Any ideas...?

Thanks in advance

Paul

All sounds a bit strange as if it is designed to get you to call back tbh...
My advice would be to ignore it.
Other than actually getting a call showing on phone I can't think of any other way of getting the number.....
