HTC One cant send email from my BTinternet email but can receive all emails no problem

Hi

I have a HTC one and can receive all emails however I cannot send emails. For the first 2 weeks I could send emails no problem, however in the last week I cannot send emails. The phone says the account is incorrect, however it has not changed. I had the same problem with my previous HTC desire for a few weeks before I changed it. Both BT and O2 are no help at all in solving this.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Check your smtp server which should be set to smtp.btconnect.com
