I've recently received my new phone on 05/03/23 Samsung A33 5g.To save my number a PAC date was set-up and scheduled for 07/03/23. I followed all the instructions where it told me that I should be up and running at 6pm that day.Since after 6pm on 07/03/23 I can't call or receive any calls – and what pops up is Not registered on network. Switched it on and off throughout the day and night, with no change. Changed the sim over from my old phone – no change. Restored – no change. So I'm paying for a phone that I cannot use.
I would appreciate an urgent response if anyone has had the same problem.
