HTC ONE X PLUS

got a new phone and had trouble with it, it was replaced but I seem to be having the exact same problem, I have a htc one x plus. When making a call it cuts out, to send a text i have to resend a number of times, but my signal box is full. Does any one else have this problem? Am i able to request a new phone?

First thing is to check your area isn't having problems : http://status.o2.co.uk/

The fact that the same symptons on 2 seperate phones occur could possibly point to a sim card problem. Have you tried the sim in another phone?
