May seem a silly question, but have you gone into settings and made sure that mobile data is switched on?

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Hi Gallowgate82 and Welcome to the Forum. 😄

Please check your masts status via ->

http://status.o2.co.uk to ensure they are ok.

Help thread on setting up -> http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Android-Devices-Samsung-HTC-Sony/Connecting-Android-Phone-to-Data-Servi...

If you can try your SIM card in another phone as a process of elimination to rule out the sim or phone. Free adapters are available from O2 shops that make the nano sim into a micro or standard sim.

Do you have data allowance left ? Check in your My02.

Good luck and please let us know how you get on.

I think the problem will be that you still have an I data bolt on. Check in My O2 and if so, change to a standard data bolt on.
