If you can try your SIM card in another phone as a process of elimination to rule out the sim or phone. Free adapters are available from O2 shops that make the nano sim into a micro or standard sim.
Do you have data allowance left ? Check in your My02.

I think the problem will be that you still have an I data bolt on. Check in My O2 and if so, change to a standard data bolt on.
